Clinic hours: Sunday afternoons, 1 - 5 p.m

New patients need to arrive at the clinic in person by 11 am, and only the first two patients meeting the qualifications will be seen that day. The medically disadvantaged , as defined by the CHM Board of Directors, are those who
    Find themselves unable to pay for medical treatment,
    Have no private medical insurance,
    Are not receiving Medicare or Medicaid and
    Whose family income does not exceed clinic standards.

Those seeking services at CHM have an opportunity to make a $5 donation. No one is turned away from obtaining services because of inability to pay.
