Provides primary and diagnostic health care to individuals and families who are unable to afford adequate care due to financial reasons. This is an income based clinic. The clinic is not free.

Eligibility:
Any resident of the greater Brandon area who truly cannot afford medical care may seek care at the Brandon Outreach Clinic. The clinic charges no fees for services to qualified patients. However, those eligible for Medicare, Medicaid or other government-funded healthcare will be referred to the appropriate agency. Please call a member of our staff during normal business hours to see if you qualify.

Hours: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays: 8:30am - 4pm.
Wednesdays: 1pm - 7pm.
