The clinic offers the following medical services at no charge to the patient The scope of services may vary and will be modified from time to time based on the availability of certain skill sets and resources. Please call the clinic for assistance.
Outpatient primary medical care:
Diagnosis and management of chronic disorders
Diabetes mellitus
Hypertension
Arthritis
Hyperlipidemia
Obesity
Irritable bowel syndrome
Gastroesophageal reflux disease
Chronic rhinitis
Allergies
Diagnose and treat acute disorders such as:
Otitis media
Acute pharyngitis
Bronchitis
Upper respiratory infections
Simple fractures
Simple lacerations
Urinary tract infections
Rashes
Back and muscle strains

Counseling
Preventative medical services include physician and medical professional counseling based on the individual needs of patients. Seminars as well as educational literature will be offered on specific medical issues and lifestyle impact on health.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
