Provides a 40-foot mobile unit with two examination rooms. Provides free medical services for low-income residents of the Stamford Ct or Darien.

Clinic patients receive comprehensive health care including medications, lab work and diagnostic testing all at no cost. Stamford Hospital provides free diagnostic services including X-rays, CT scans and MRIs; Quest Diagnostics provides free laboratory testing for patients.

What Services are Provided?
    Free medical care
    Pre-employment physical exams
    Medications and testing available

You can come to the clinic if you:
    Live in Stamford or Darien
    Meet our income guidelines
    Do not have any health insurance, including Medicaid
   
To be seen by our doctors, please bring:
    Photo identification
    Income verification
    Proof of residency in one of the clinic towns
    Please bring any available medical records to your first visit and all current medications to every clinic visit.

If you do not speak English or Spanish please bring along an adult friend or relative who can interpret for you.
