Harmony Health Clinic seeks to understand and serve the health and wellness needs of the medically uninsured and under-served who live in Central Arkansas, by providing access to quality medical care at no cost to these patients in a private, community-based clinic, staffed by volunteer professionals and marked by a unique atmosphere of caring, compassion, respect, dignity, and diversity.
Eligibility:
- (1) You must have lived or worked in Pulaski County , Arkansas for at least the last three (3) months;
- (2) You do not have private medical insurance, and are not eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, VA benefits, or ARKids First;
- (3) You must be between the ages of 13 and 64; and
- (4) Your income must not exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Level based upon the size of your immediate family.
The Clinic hopes to provide outpatient preventive and acute care, management of some chronic and long-term medical conditions, dental care, health maintenance, specialty referral, health education, limited, limited optometry services, and some prescription assistance. Services will be provided primarily by licensed medical professionals who donate their time without charge to Harmony Health Clinic patients.
Visits are free of charge. However, they welcome a voluntary contribution toward the cost of services, prescription medications or supplies.
Patients may have to pay for lab tests or for medications not in the dispensary. If you need special attention that cannot be provided at Harmony Health Clinic, they try to help you find the medical care you need. They cannot, of course, guarantee that it will be provided free of charge.

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
