This facility serves as a psychosocial rehabilitative program which specializes in community integration. Their goal there is to assist mental health patients with achieving their optimal level of functioning while leading successful productive lives in their community.

Patients with serious and persistent mental illness are the clients that they serve.

Major insurances, as well as Medicaid and Medicare are taken there, and there is staff available to discuss payment plans for clients and their families.
