Our patients health and emotional well being are first and foremost in our office. We emphasize preventive health and patient responsibility. We deliver general medical services to all members of the family from the newborn to the grandparent


This Health Center is based on Sliding scale fees which are variable prices for products, services, or taxes based on a customer's ability to pay. Such fees are thereby reduced for those who have lower incomes, or alternatively, less money to spare after their personal expenses, regardless of income.


We provide the following services:

* Physical Exams
* Routine Medical Care
* Preventive Care
* Lab Work
* Minor Surgeries
* Foreign Body Removal
* Treatment for Hypertension, Diabetes, Heart Disease, and Stroke

Monday thru Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
