The H Street Clinic is an independent, nonprofit, licensed community clinic that provides comprehensive primary care services to the community. H Street accepts Medi-Cal, Family PACT, and CHDP, and also has a sliding scale fee schedule for those without health insurance. Sliding scale fees start at $20 per visit.

Patients are seen by a nurse practitioner or physician. H Street also offers many community health education events such as diabetes and chronic disease management classes, health fairs, blood pressure screenings, and flu shot clinics among others. The newest H Street venture is the Big Refrigerator Project which will bring a painted magnetic refrigerator and \"kitchen\" to the walls of the dedicated children's area of the waiting room allowing kids who visit the clinic to complete health literacy artwork that they can then hang on the refrigerator for all to see.
