We are no longer a \"Free Clinic.\" We offer quality medical, dental and health education services to low-income and uninsured residents of Orange County by utilizing a sliding fee scale and public support funds for care reimbursement.
Laguna Beach Community Clinic was founded as a nonprofit, community based clinic in 1970. We offer quality medical, dental and health education services. The clinic performs over 16,000 visits annually to residents throughout south Orange County.
We are partially funded through CHDP, Ryan White (OCHCA, HIV/AIDS), MSI, Cal OPTIMA, Medi-Cal, Medicare, FPACT (State Family Planning Program). In addition, the Clinic receives government and private funding sources to provide medical care for individuals who qualify based on income.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
