Walk-in patients are welcome.

Services provided include:

• Medical Services - Primary Care & General Practice
• Substance Abuse Treatment Services - Narcotics Replacement Therapy, Suboxone, Counseling 

Medical Hours:

• Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

NTP Hours:

• Monday - Friday 5:00am to 1:30pm
• Saturday & Sunday 7:00am to 8:00am
