Free Medical Clinic

Hours: Tuesdays Through Saturdays: 9am to 5pm.

Encouraging wellness and chronic illness management through regular physician care is vital to helping low-income patients break the cycle of crisis care in hospital emergency departments.
    Routine primary care support, including the diagnosis and treatment of illnesses
    Non-invasive physical examinations
    Diagnosis, treatment and referral of acute symptoms
    Help with prescriptions
    X-rays and lab work provided with minimal fee

Low cost Dental Care
Preventive and restorative dental care
is provided to low-income adults and
children without dental insurance.
There is $10 per visit charge to alleviate
the cost of supplies

We perform a root canal treatment with a dental crown.
On 6/7/2013, we treated our first patient.

For this procedure, we accept $50 one-time donation to offset the cost of the whole treatment.

Livingstone accepts patients with insurance (Cal-Optima, Medi-Cal, Medicare, and private insurances) and without insurance. No one will be refused services for an inability to pay?

We offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program to patients with incomes at or below 200% of the current federal poverty guidelines, based on their family size and income

The Sliding Fee Scale Discount will apply to insured Sliding Fee Scale eligible patients unless prohibited by the third party participation agreements as well as non-insured Sliding Fee Scale eligible patients.
