• Medical Services - Primary Care & General Practice, Pain Management 
• Substance Abuse Treatment Services - Narcotics Replacement Therapy, Suboxone, Counseling 

Medical Hours:

• Monday 7:30am to 4:00pm
• Tuesday - Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm
• Weekends & Holidays 7:30am to 8:30am

Counseling Hours:

• Monday - Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm

Dosing Hours:

• Monday - Friday 6:00am to 1:00pm
• Weekends & Holidays 7:30am to 8:30am
