The Mid-Valley Comprehensive Health Center offers primary care services for adult and pediatric patients with much of the health care provided by doctors with a faculty association with the UCLA School of Medicine. Specialty services include women's services, cardiology, colonoscopy, dermatology, ophthalmology/retina camera, podiatry, hernia surgery, and urology. Ancillary and diagnostic services provided onsite include pharmacy, social work, health education, nutrition services, phlebotomy services, and radiology that includes X-Ray, ultrasound, echocardiogram, and mammography.

Los Angeles County Department Health Services (LA County DHS), financial workers can help you decide which program best fits your needs. Please bring the following documents with you, if you have them; a current California Driver's License or ID, Social Security Card and proof of income.

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
