u Care Medical Group is a growing medical practice that has been serving its patients for almost 24 years. Our clinic consist of pediatrics and family practices committed to bringing the best possible professional services for our patients with excellence.
We have a dedicated team of board-certified pediatricians and family practitioners, whom are competent, dedicated, and compassionate with their patients. Our board-certified doctors provide the utmost care by being available for questions, offering parents care advice for their children, consultation with behavioral issues, and any other health-related needs. Our front and back office staffs are readily available for assistance. The entire staffs is friendly, courteous, helpful, and multi-lingual -- we speak English, Spanish, Vietnamese and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin and Chiu Chow). We work as a team, dedicated to providing the best health services for each patient.
We have 3 conveniently located offices and hours. We accept as well as help patients' apply for most major insurance plans.

We offer:
Healthy Families This is a low-cost insurance provided by the State of California for children. Monthly premium ranges from $4 to $12 per child depending on the number of individuals in the family and on gross income. For further information or to complete an application, please contact our office. Our staff will gladly assist those eligible to apply for this program.
Pediatrics We have four excellent physicians, Dr. Francis W. Yu, Dr. George H. Zhang, and Dr. Victor Ganata, all of whom are board certified, with specialties of their own to extend to bring the best care for all children.
Family PACT Program This program has established by the California legislature to provide expanded access to comprehensive family planning services, counseling and education at no cost for low-income men and women. Family P.A.C.T program will determine client eligibility based on the client's self declaration of residency, annual income, family size and other sources of family planning health care coverage information. Eligible patients may receive birth control directions and free supplies, basic reproductive health assessments, prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted infections, female or male sterilization,Board Certify Internal Medicine, Pap smear and mammograms, pregnancy testing, HIV testing, and limited cancer screening.
Family Practice Dr. Li Liu (Board Certify Internal Medicine), Dr. Liang-Yu Tai, and Dr. Angela Cherlin, are both board certified family practitioners, are the physicians providing care for care for the adult patients.
Social Services We have an In-House Eligibility Worker from the LA County Department of Social Services to assist the patients and their families to apply for Medi-Cal.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
