• Hours of Operation:
• Call to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are generally not available.
• Tuesday - Friday - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm; Wednesday - 8:30 am - 7 pm
• 1^st and 3^rd Saturday of each month - 9 am - 12 noon

Patient services:
• Primary Care
• Behavioral Health
• Gynecology & Women’s Wellness Exams
• Specialty referrals, including:
   1. Neurology
   2. Dermatology
   3. Ophthalmology and Optometry
• Laboratory testing, X-Rays, Imaging & Ultrasound services necessary for diagnosis & treatment
• Referral to Riverside County Regional Medical Center when complex services or treatment is medically necessary

Eligibility:

Adults only; Uninsured; Low-income (no greater that 200% of Poverty Guidelines).
