How can I pay for my medical care?
We require all medical services to be paid for at the time of service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash and checks. We also have a payment plan for those who need to pay for services over several months.
Do I qualify for any financial assistance?
You may qualify for financial assistance based on your income level. We can determine this at the time of your visit.

Where can i make a payment?
If you'd like to make a payment, our staff is happy to assist you at the Welcome Desk. If you need to speak to someone in the billing department, please call (707) 559-7677. If your billing matters cannot be solved on the phone, you can speak to a representative in person at the Financial Services Office located just down the street from the Main Center:

What is Sliding Scale?
Sliding Scale is a discount program offered to patients based on their income levels.
All patients who qualify for this program are expected to apply for Medi-Cal insurance within 90 days.
I can not afford my prescription, what can I do?
We have a Patient Assistance Program that helps patients who are unable to afford the full cost of medications.
Your provider of care may refer you to this program based on need and income level.

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
