Castro-Mission Health Center provides:

- Pediatric care including school physicals and immunizations
- Women's health services including annual exams, birth control, pregnancy testing, and prenatal care
- HIV medical care and comprehensive support services
- Pre-exposure prophylaxis for HIV prevention (PrEP)
