Self-Pay Discount Program
The Ventura County Health Care Agency provides health care to all individuals, regardless of ability to pay. We encourage our self-pay, low income, and uninsured patients to apply for government assistance programs. For patients who are not eligible for other programs, the Ventura County Health Care Agency offers the Self-Pay Discount Program.
If your income is below 700% of Federal Poverty Income Guidelines, you may qualify for our Self-Pay Discount Program. We have three levels of our discount program.
Our discounts are for all Ventura County Health Care Agency clinics, Ventura County Medical Center, and Santa Paula Hospital. We will also discount many of our services purchased from outside our system.

This full spectrum primary care clinic is conveniently located in our new building on Thousand Oaks Boulevard. Care for those of all ages from infancy through geriatrics is available. OB care for you and your baby through our Baby Steps program is a highlight of the Conejo Valley Family Medical Group.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
