FINANCIAL PROGRAMS
The services in the Health Care Centers are affordable and manageable for many patients. There are several programs that will assist with paying the fees. Additionally, for those patients who do meet the criteria for the various programs, staff can assist you with a flexible sliding fee scale.
The Financial Office Professionals in each Health Care Center are trained to help you apply for
Medi-Cal, Medicare, CHDP, MIA and Healthy Families.
Since this is a sliding fee scale clinic, we have provided the Federal Poverty Guidelines below. Visit the Franklin Health Care Center website listed above to see what the level is needed for free care.

In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
