I'm going to ride piggyback on another comment that the receptionist there at downtown family health located on 6th Avenue are very illiterate in that they speak broken English there inability to understand what is required, what a patient needs, they have gotten my lab's mixed up as far back as 2009 and also my medical chart in the same year.
This clinic does not treat medical conditions with pain medication, even though one has cancer. Also, the receptionists could benefit from some telephone etiquette training and work on being a little more mannerly in person. Sometimes they manner in which something is spoken conveys more than the words.
