Services: Primary Care for Adults and Children, Preventive and Restorative Dental Care for Adults and Children, Optometric Services for Adults and Children, OB/GYN, Maternal Services, Health Education, Teen Counseling Clinic, STD, HIV/AIDS Testing, and Project T.E.A.M. (Teenage Education to Avoid Motherhood), Child Health and Disability Program (CHDP), Assistance for families who wish to enroll in the MediCal, Healthy Families and Healthy Kids Insurance Programs.
For those patients who are un-insured and under-insured, the working poor, those with limited ability to pay, the homeless, and the indigent, therefore, services are provided at discounted (sliding fee scale) rates for those who qualify based on gross annual income and family size.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
