We will not deny you care based on your ability to pay.
I do not have insurance.
How much do I have to pay?
NCHS offers medical visits as low as $40 (based on your income and subject to change), which includes exams, laboratory services, x-rays and procedures (as needed). All medical fees are due at the time of service and refunds are not available after services have been rendered.
Since this is a sliding fee scale clinic, we have provided the Federal Poverty Guidelines below. Visit the NCHS Mission Mesa Dental website listed above to see what the level is needed for free care.
