NCHS offers low-cost and discounted visits for uninsured patients and participates in most insurance plans, including Medi-Cal and Medicare. Please be prepared to provide your copay for provided services at the beginning or your appointment. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and offer flexible payment options. We will not deny you care based on your ability to pay.
NCHS offers medical visits as low as $40 (based on your income and subject to change), which includes exams, laboratory services, x-rays and procedures (as needed). All medical fees are due at the time of service and refunds are not available after services have been rendered.
