Ampla Health is a 501 (c)3 non-profit network of community-based Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) offering comprehensive medical, dental, mental health, and specialty healthcare services in Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Sutter, Tehama and Yuba counties. This clinic accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare, Healthy Families and most private health insurance, as well, if you are uninsured and your income is low, you may qualify for reduced fees under our sliding-fee discount plan program.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%.
