A health home is a place where you will receive all of your primary medical care, dental and wellness needs. We are an integrated health home who coordinates comprehensive care for all of our patients regardless of their ability to pay. We have served San Benito and the surrounding counties since 1975 and were designated as a Federally Funded Community Health Center in July 2007. The Foundation offers Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, Comprehensive Perinatal Service Program (CPSP) and the supplemental nutrition program Woman, Infants and Children (WIC).
