St. John's core clinical services are provided in a medical home setting.
Provides patients with their own care team and assigned primary care physician. This team will guide the patient through their medical journey and support them in every way needed. They provide a complete range of medical services at their clinics, from routine preventive care to management of chronic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure.
Dental Services: Emergency walk in service, Comprehensive dental exams, Periodontal therapy (deep cleanings), Fillings for children and adults (silver and white), Simple extractions (teeth removal), Dental sealants, Fluoride application.
Medical Services: Comprehensive primary medical care for all life stages, Screening for chronic medical conditions (asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure), Podiatry services, Weekly fitness and lifestyle management classes, Senior/Disability Services.
