Services at this location include:
Physical examinations annual checkups that include blood pressure screening and age-appropriate preventive lab tests Mens services cancer screening (prostate, testicular, colon), screening and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, and routine blood work such as screening for diabetes and high cholesterolAcute care treatment for infections; such as urinary tract, kidney, skin, and sexually transmitted diseases; exacerbated conditions such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; and other nonemergency proceduresChronic disease management early diagnosis and treatment of conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressureWomens services cancer screening (breast, cervical, colon), screening and treatment of STDs, contraception, and routine blood work such as screening for diabetes and high cholesterolCHN accepts most private insurances, Medicaid, Medicare, and CHIP. Uninsured individuals may be eligible for discounted self-pay services based on their family size and household income.
CHN does not turn away anyone away due to an inability to pay.
