Services at this location include:
Women's Health Services: birth control, family planning, well woman exams, pap smears, prenatal care, etc. Children's Services: newborn care, infant care, sick visits, well child visits, immunizations, sports physicals, A.D.H.D., developmental & special needs, ensuring physical & cognitive development.CHN accepts most private insurances, Medicaid, Medicare, and CHIP. Uninsured individuals may be eligible for discounted self-pay services based on their family size and household income.
CHN does not turn away anyone away due to an inability to pay.
