Services at this location include:
Medical Services: primary care, well-child visits, developmental screening, immunizations, school/sports physicals, and pediatric specialty care. Ob/Gyn - Women's Health Services: birth control, family planning, well woman exams, pap smears, prenatal care, etc.Dental: cleanings, preventive care, restorative care, fillings and crowns, root canals, tooth removal, infections, retainers, braces, scaling, root planning, dentures and bridges. Psychiatry: mental health assessment and referral.CHN accepts most private insurances, Medicaid, Medicare, and CHIP. Uninsured individuals may be eligible for discounted self-pay services based on their family size and household income.
CHN does not turn away anyone away due to an inability to pay.
