Clinic by the Bay is a free clinic that serves uninsured adults residing in the Bay Area's Excelsior/Outer Mission (94112) and Daly City (94014) neighborhoods. Our programs and services are guided by a holistic philosophy centered on compassion, wellness and dignity.

Patient visits are estimated based upon a 45-minute appointment, allowing more time to develop relationships with providers. Each new patient visit includes integrated medical, mental health and dental screenings, a truly innovative approach for a community clinic setting. All services are provided free of charge. Languages include Spanish, Chinese, and Tagalog.

Registration for New Patients:

Mondays: 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Wednesdays: 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Clinic Hours for Registered Patients:

Tuesdays: 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Thursdays: 2:00 p.m. - 6:00.p.m.

All prospective patients must be screened for eligibility prior to receiving free clinic services. Those who qualify for public insurance will be referred to those resources. Eligibility appointments are available on a walk-in and scheduled basis on non-clinic days.
