I volunteered for Samaritan House many years ago as a member of the Speaker's Bureau and as a volunteer "supervisor." So, I'm trying to identify free dental services for a migrant, my first call was to Samaritan House. I actually made three calls over the course of a week. Each time I received slightly different information. It wasn't until my third call that I received complete and correct information. This is disappointing; precious time was wasted as a result. (The migrant needing help has an impacted tooth and resulting infection.) Samaritan House provides sorely needed services/support to those experiencing homelessness. And, there is an opportunity for improvement. I hope this will be taken to heart.
