All persons are welcome at CVVIM regardless of race, gender, gender identity, class, religion, sexual orientation, disability, national origin or citizenship status. However,
    You must be a resident of the Coachella Valley and 18 years of age or older.  Evidence of residency will be required (utility bill in your name, property tax bill, pay stub with address, etc.).
    You cannot be eligible for or enrolled in any other health care assistance including employer-funded or private health insurance or public programs such as Medicaid (Medi-Cal) or Medicare.
    Your household income cannot exceed 200% of the current Federal Poverty Guidelines for your family size.  Household family members are defined as parents or guardians, spouses, children, or domestic partners.  CVVIM will carefully consider household circumstances when counting and considering family-member status; however working family members who have reached the age of 18 must qualify individually

Services :

The clinic provides basic primary acute and preventative medical care and dental services.  The clinic has a formal referral affiliation with Riverside County Regional Medical Center for more complex needs, procedures, or hospitalizations
