Community Care offers a sliding fee scale program for people who are uninsured or under-insured.

This allows you and your family to pay a reduced fee for covered medical and dental services at Community Care of West Virginia locations.

Community Care of Bridgeport offers an array of medical services including comprehensive primary care and chronic disease management.
