The Culmore Clinic is open one day per week, Thursdays, from 10 am to 7 pm and serves adult patients (only). Folks must register for the Clinic as a patient first ($20 suggested donation). This suggested donation goes toward the cost of Clinic registration and the first visit. A donation of $10 per visit is suggested for all patient visits after that. Interested patients should call the appointment line to schedule both registration and visit. We are sad to report that right now, there is an 8-10 week wait list for new patients.

Clinic Patients' income must be at 200% of Federal Poverty Level or below (eg $1,915 per month for individual; $3,925/month for family of 4) and they should bring a photo id and proof of income (pay stub; canceled check; W2 form, a letter from employer stating rate of pay; etc.) to their registration appointment
