Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Centers provide comprehensive health care services in order to meet the needs of our community. This includes:
Primary Medical Care by board certified staff physicians who carry full hospital admitting privileges in our communities of service.
Dental Care by dentists and dental hygienists in our health centers and satellite locations.
Behavioral Health Services in an integrated model alongside our medical services.
School Based Health Care, including medical care, immunizations, sports medicine, and ongoing treatment for acute and chronic illness.
Pharmacy, giving access to steeply discounted and sometimes free medications to meet the various needs of our patients.
They serve all patients regardless of ability to pay. Sliding Fee Scale discounts for essential services are offered if you are eligible, depending upon family size and income. You may apply for a sliding fee discount at the front desk where you receive care.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
