Free health care for uninsured, low-income, and underinsured for Entiat, Chelan and Douglas County residents.
Services Include:
Urgent care
Primary and preventive health care
Routine physical exams and Sports Physicals
Diabetes testing and education
Acute minor illness and injury care
Medication assistance (no narcotics on site or prescribed)
Referrals to medical specialists, labs and x-rays
Outreach and Education on Health and Chronic Disease
Eligibility:
Entiat Regional Health Clinic provides services to adults and children. It does not provide services to sports related injuries, etc. Verify that your situation or income level qualifies you for the clinic services, this is a voluntary confirmation. Your income does not disqualify you from services of Entiat Regional Health Clinic.
Documents required:
Proof of ID and address
Medical History and any allergies
Name of your doctor or clinic and when you were
last seen
Medications you are taking both prescriptions
and over the counter. Date of last prescription.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
