Faithworks Medical is a charitable clinic that provides medical care to uninsured working adults who are residents of Monroe County.
The medical clinic took its first step toward reality when Dr. Susan Hulsemann approached Pastor Adam Davis after a talk bringing awareness to the needs in our community and challenging Elevate Church to respond the way Jesus would if He lived in Monroe. Dr. Hulsemann took the challenge to heart and work began to launch Faithworks.
Located within the premises of Elevate Church, Faithworks has four fully functional exam rooms, a clinical staff led by Dr. Hulsemann and is dedicated to providing quality medical care with dignity to those who can't get treated anywhere else.
Faithworks Medical currently has hours from 6p.m. to 9p.m. on Wednesday evenings, but is looking to expand those times as needed in the near future.
