FamilyCare is a non-profit community health center and federally qualified health center (FQHC) offering a sliding fee scale based on income.

Hours: 

• Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM - 12 PM
• Walk-ins are welcome Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 10 AM.
