Hours: 2nd and 4th Fridays 4-7:30
4th Wednesdays 9-3pm.

Mission Statement: To show the love of Jesus Christ by providing free primary health care services to the uninsured in Putnam County and the surrounding areas.
 
Vision: Our vision is to serve the community by offering health care services to those in need.  We seek to improve the quality of life of the underserved through the love of Jesus.
