If I could leave a -0 I would. This place is extremely unorganized, inefficient, unethical and most of all lack any type of compassion. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB,medicaid, Surgeon General, HR, Health Department the Joint Commission and every and any other entity I can find to address this issue of unethical practices pertaining to Molar Express of Tallahassee Fl. This place should not be servicing anyone, let alone children. The supervisor wasn't even in dress code for a medical facility. She had on a tight t-shirt, scrub pants, and sandals with her entire feet out....talk about UNPROFESSIONAL!
They only accept Medicaid. They don't accept anyone who has ever lived in South Florida as they are afraid they won't get paid. They don't do anything for free. You must have insurance. They don't have a sliding scale. They don't accept credit, debit, cash or checks. Only Medicaid in any of it's many privatized forms. If you don't have Medicaid, don't go to Molar Express. If your file even mentions anything about South Florida, don't go to Molar Express. You will just be wasting your time.
