UHI CommunityCare Clinic provides free primary health care to low-income, uninsured residents of South Florida. Located in Miami Gardens, it is a nonprofit, volunteer based clinic with the sole purpose to help those in need.

All medical visits are by appointment only. First, you must be an established patient of UHI CommunityCare Clinic.

Hours:
Monday-Friday 8am-7pm; Saturday 10am-2pm

Primary care services (by appointment) are available Monday to Friday and half a day on Saturdays.
The Clinic also provides specialty care in collaboration with our partners such as:
    Once a month sessions are available for Gynecology, Psychiatry, Allergies, Cardiology and Pain management by referral.
    Special discounted rate lab work arrangements are in place with Quest Diagnostics.
    Digital Medical Diagnostic, Rivero Diagnotics, and B&G diagnostics all provide MRI, X-rays, echo-cardiogram, etc. at discounted pre-negotiated rate
    Diabetic's Program, which includes care, nutrition counseling, education and supplies
    Nutritional counseling - one-on-one and group classes
    Pediatrics care, including sick visits, back to school physicals and vaccinations
    Smoke Cessation Program every week which provides free nicotine patches for those trying to quit smoking.
Other partner programs include:
-       Jackson Memorial patient referral arrangements
-       Bascom Palmer Eyes institute in conjunction with Clinic has embarked on research project to prevent blindness in diabetic patients
