The Auburndale, Haines City, and Lakeland Health Clinics provide adults with comprehensive screenings and preventive exams. Evaluation and treatment of minor illnesses (fever, coughs, colds) and chronic diseases such as asthma, high blood pressure, and diabetes are also provided.
Uninsured/underinsured adults may be eligible to receive services for free, funded by the LIP grant. Contact one of the service locations for more information about LIP eligibility.
This program is a partnership between Lakeland Regional Medical Center, Florida Department of Health in Polk County, Peace River Center and the Polk County Indigent Health Care (IHC) Division.
