Barnabas Center offers a low cost clinic that is based on a sliding fee scale. 

Prices are determined based on family size and income.

In order to qualify, you must be an adult resident of Nassau County and meet income guidelines. You cannot have health insurance.

• Chronic disease management
• Dental services
• Mental health counseling
• Vision screening
• Specialty care
• Smoking cessation classes
• Wound Care
