The Annie L. Weaver Health Center (formerly known as the Pompano Adult Primary Care Center) is located in conjunction with the Broward County Family Success Center. This center provides affordable, quality healthcare for adult residents of northern Broward County. The staff consists of physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, pharmacists and other professional personnel who will combine their expertise to provide you with comprehensive health services.

For your convenience, Annie L. Weaver Health Center is located adjacent to a Broward County Transit pick-up point and is easily accessible from I-95. We accept most major health insurance plans, Medicaid, Medicare, cash, and credit cards as forms of payment. Same day/same week appointments are also provided.
