The Englewood Community Care Clinic serves residents of Charlotte and Sarasota (including North Port) counties who are 18-64 years old who are without health insurance and Medicaid whose income falls at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty level.

Hours:

Monday & Thursday at 5:00pm

Arrive as early as 4:00pm to complete patient paperwork.

Walk-in only.

Spots are available on a first come, first served basis.
