The Clayton County Board of Health offers specialty health services for HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis. The Specialty Services Clinic is open Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Services available:
Tuberculosis-screening/diagnosis (skin test, chest X-rays, lab work and sputum testing) and treatment/case management (medication, follow-up and medical consultations)
HIV/AIDS-confidential counseling and testing

The Adult Health Clinic provides the following services:
Blood pressure and weight evaluation
(included with a Women's Health exam)
Breast pelvic exam, pap smear screening and referrals
Breast self exam instruction and counseling
Screening, diagnosis, treatment and/or referral for vaginal infections, sexually transmitted infections
Routine laboratory testing (included with a Women's Health exam)
Mammogram referral through BreasTest and More
Contraceptive Management
Pregnancy Testing

Child Health Dental Services at the Clayton County Board of Health offers quality, low-cost dental health care for all children ages 1-18 years old. Our services include cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, oral hygiene, fillings, stainless steel crowns, space maintainers, oral exams, X-rays, extractions, and dental pulp treatment.
Services are provided at a discounted fee or self-pay sliding scale. Proof of county residency and income information must be presented at each clinic visit. We accept Medicaid, Amerigroup, Peach State, WellCare, Cigna Dental, and United Concordia Dental.
The CCBOH Dental Clinic operates Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the exception of holidays. For more information or to make an appointment, call (678) 610-7421.
*Effective November 1, 2013, there will be a $10.00 office visit fee for all self-pay dental clients, in addition to regular service fees. For more information, call (678) 610-7421.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
