Public Health services are provided at Public Health Centers located in Fulton County. Contact the Center nearest you for more information about services or call 404-612-1211 (voice). Not all services are offered at every Public Health Center.
Most Public Health Centers are open 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Click on a clinic below for evening hours, Saturday clinics, and services offered in the clinic.
Fees for services are charged based on a sliding fee scale based on income and family size. An individual with no health insurance can qualify for the sliding fee scale as long as you bring the following information:
1. Proof of Fulton County residency and
2. Proof of income and family size

Newly renovated Neighborhood Union Health Center has re-opened after extensive renovations. The health center is the first multidiscipline facility in the state designed to address health disparities experienced in the Vine City community. In addition to the Department of Health and Wellness services, the center will provide mental health and substance abuse counseling, career counseling and training and primary care services.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
