I need a sleep study done

Im having swelling in my right leg up into my groin , I believe i have blood clot , painful cramps in leg at night .

I fell and Im concerned that i may have severly sprained or broken my ankle

Unbearable back pain

Mental Health and near blindness

Cellulitis infection

high blood pressure, stroke recovery treatments, nerve pain

Pancreatitis

tingling in legs with loss of ambulation accompanied by dizziness

Leg pain

Lower back pain

annual physical/mammogram

diabetes

No income

No insurance living with a friend and we help each other out. I do some side work to get what i need.

I was in the hospital

Diagnosed with migraines at age 17 but with no headaches. Symptoms are vomiting, loss of mobility, instead of headache there is discomfort "behind the eyes". Migraine meds do not work and the only relief is to sleep for a while.

I am 64 years old, had a stroke almost two years ago and need metformin. I am out of it.
