In addition to accepting all major Insurances, Medicare, Medicaid, PeachState, Wellcare, Amerigroup and Tricare, all services are offered on a sliding fee scale. Payment can be set according to one's income level and family size.

We are a Patient Centered Medical Home
Patient Centered is a way of saying that the patient is the most important person in our healthcare system.
A Medical Home is an approach to providing total health care. With your medical home, you will join a team that includes health care professionals, trusted friends or family members (if you wish), and most importantly - you.
Your responsibility as a Patient is to provide your PCMH team a complete Medical History and information about care you have obtained outside.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
