• Wed 8:00am - 1:30pm
• Thurs 2:00pm - 6:00pm
• Fri 8:00am - 1:30pm

- Eligibility:Homeless and medically underserved individuals and families in metropolitan Atlanta

- Please arrive early

- Appointment slots are limited and available first-come first-serve

- Sign-in stops one hour before close
